Weddings by Hannah Hukins offer a bespoke wedding planning service. We understand that different clients have different wishes and we can design perfect days for all. If what you’re looking for is not listed here, then please do not hesitate to contact us. We treat each wedding individually and start anew so that no two weddings are the same.

Initial Consultation

Firstly, we arrange to meet with clients in their own home or another preferred venue to discuss wishes and dreams. We understand that the style and personality of your wedding planner means a lot, so we do not charge for this service just in case we are not for you.

Free

Full design & planning

Our full design and planning service attends to every aspect of your wedding, and often works out that you pay us very little by the time you’ve considered discounts from various suppliers. We begin by meeting with you to learn what the important aspects are and we love to hear your ideas of how you envisage your wedding day, whether it be a small intimate affair, or a large and lavish celebration.

Following the initial consultation, we will provide you with a written proposal. Then we will work in close contact with you to develop a budget plan and detailed timeline for us both to work from.

With the above details in mind, we can then meet regularly to carefully select various suppliers, services and products that will suit your wedding day perfectly. We promise to provide you with at least three suppliers for every aspect of your wedding so that you can both decide which works best for you.

We take our time to get to know each client individually and we like to establish a close, friendly and professional relationship with our clients. We will always be there to provide you with updates and reassurance, whether it be through e-mail, phone or in person. We can even meet suppliers with you – we can do as much or as little as you want!

Lastly, we will be there on the day before the wedding to assist in any way we can, for example, picking up dresses. And finally, we will be there for up to eight hours on your wedding day to make sure everything runs perfectly.

Most of the suppliers in our never ending supplier portfolio have offered discounts from 5-15% for you. This could mean that the money you are saving from our contacts will pay for our services! So in other words – our services work out free!

Design only

This is for clients who want to plan their own wedding but are in need of initial inspiration and ideas. After our initial consultation, you will be presented with three ideas boards which will provide inspiration for themes, styling, colours etc.

Part planning

Some clients just like help with planning certain aspects, for example, finding a venue or the dress (one of our favourite things is dress sourcing!) and that is all help they need. We can help source any number of aspects in this service – you can pick and choose what you want from us.

We are sure you will appreciate that the amount of hours and travelling can vary greatly for this service and because of this our fees vary.

On the day

This is for those who just want someone to coordinate and help things flow on the big day. This service involves meeting with you two to four weeks before the wedding, gathering all information together and providing you with a detailed schedule for the day. We will also contact all suppliers and become their point of contact if you wish. We will be on hand the day before the wedding for any last minute dashes and on the wedding day itself for up to eight hours.

From £250

Twelve weeks to the day

This is for clients who have designed and planned most of their wedding. You may be starting to feel nervous or you just want to sit back and enjoy the lead up to your big day. We will come and meet you approximately twelve weeks before the wedding. We will take a look at your planning to date and help you to bring everything together, fill in any gaps, spot potential problems and give you a complete schedule.
